General
Booking a session or intake meeting is easy! Simply email me directly or take advantage of our convenient online booking system—now available for your ease.
All sessions are conducted virtually, allowing me to connect with clients worldwide. During your session, we won’t be on the phone or camera—this ensures you have the privacy to fully express yourself, whether that means crying, stretching, or simply relaxing. Occasionally, I travel to clients. If you'd like me to come to you, email me to discuss options and pricing.
I will call (or facetime) you at the start of your session for a quick check in. I want to hear about anything your currently struggling with or wanting to focus on during your session. Before we get started, I'll speak an intention for your session out loud. (10 min)
During the session, I suggest a few things you could do while I'm clearing. The most important thing is to be free of distractions and hold the intention to release what no longer serves you. Most clients simply lay down with their eyes closed and relax, but you can also:
-meditate, do yoga or breath work
-sit outside in nature, ground, bask in the sunshine
-sketch, color or draw if it's relaxing and/or meditative to you, OR
-my personal favorite: pop in your headphones, shuffle your favorite playlist and move your body in whatever way feels right.
During your session, we are NOT on the phone nor on camera with each other. This is by design. As I work, emotions may arise...I want to ensure you get the MOST from your session and are uninhibited to cry, sigh, shake it out, stretch, yawn, scream OR move your body with complete privacy. (45-55 min)
When your session is complete, I'll call you and speak out loud a closing affirmation. I'll summarize the work we did and you can share any questions, experiences or insight you got from your session. Then, we'll rebook your next session for 2-4 weeks out. (5 min)
NEW CLIENTS: 6 sessions (every other week) is recommended to start.
EXISTING CLIENTS: 1 full session a month, with maintenance sessions as needed.
You can book and pay online using major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Prefer a different method? Reach out via email or Instagram to schedule and pay using Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Please note: Payment is required at the end of each session before rebooking. For package sessions, payment and booking are done in advance to ensure consistency and availability.
